Consolidated monthly sales for January 2026 were 3,367 million yen (YoY 117.0%), and cloud-related business sales were 3,107 million yen (YoY 117.8%).

Total store sales in January 2026 increased 13.6% year-over-year, while same-store sales rose 11.7% year-over-year.

As of the end of December 2025, the portfolio occupancy rate was 97.1% across all properties (MoM -0.2%), with 86 properties, 1,009 tenants, and a rentable area increased to approximately 256,000 m2.
