For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were 190.1032 billion yen (12.6% YoY increase), operating income was 17.676 billion yen (33.6% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was 14.029 billion yen (33.2% YoY increase).

The commencement of the tender offer for our shares by MM Holdings Co., Ltd. has been postponed from the initially scheduled early December 2025 and is now expected not to start by January 16, 2026.
