Resolved to voluntarily apply IFRS to consolidated financial statements from the securities report for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Quarterly financial summaries will also be disclosed under IFRS from the fiscal year ending March 2027 onward.

Acquired 6,439,500 shares of treasury stock totaling JPY 23,280,661,600 in December 2025. The cumulative number of shares acquired is 8,356,900 shares, with a total acquisition amount of JPY 29,901,359,300. The acquisition period is from December 1 to 31, 2025.

The establishment date of the grandchild company by our subsidiary has been changed from the initially planned November 30, 2025, to December 23, 2025 (local time). The delay was due to time required for establishment procedures, with no impact on financial performance.
