For the fiscal year ending March 2026, consolidated net sales were 315.11 billion yen (down 2.4% YoY), operating income was 16.97 billion yen (up 10.7% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent was 9.86 billion yen (down 8.6% YoY).

Consolidated net sales for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 were JPY 232.698 billion (3.2% year-over-year decrease), operating income was JPY 13.44242 billion (38.6% year-over-year increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was JPY 7.943 billion (13.1% year-over-year decrease).

Increased the capital expenditure plan for the US subsidiary Vinton Steel by USD 72 million to a total of USD 327 million. Production capacity will be enhanced for both steelmaking and rolling facilities, with commercial operation of the new line scheduled for October 2027.
