As of April 1, 2026, Kunihiro Kuze will be appointed as Representative Executive Officer, promoted from Executive Managing Officer, and Shuji Shiroide will retire from the Representative Executive Officer position. Takehiro Nozue is scheduled to be appointed as a new Executive Officer.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales amounted to 303,604 million yen (0.9% YoY increase), operating income was 40,227 million yen (15.9% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of the parent for the quarter was 27,404 million yen (13.1% YoY increase).

For the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were 303.6 billion yen (up 0.9% year-over-year), and operating income was 38.9 billion yen (up 10.1% year-over-year), achieving profit growth.

Consolidated net sales for Q3 FY2026 were 314.2 billion yen, a 1.6% increase Year-over-Year, and operating income was 40.2 billion yen, a 22.2% increase YoY, achieving profit growth.

As of December 24, 2025, Mr. Hirohiko Ejiri, Director and Representative Executive Officer President, will also serve as Head of the Sustainability Management Strategy Office. This change in responsibilities is due to the resignation following the passing of Executive Officer Mr. Hisashi Tanabe.
