Kinei Corporation has revised its full-year individual earnings guidance for the January 2026 fiscal period to net sales of 3,771 million yen (3.0% increase from previous forecast), operating income of 301 million yen (30.9% increase), and net income of 200 million yen (29.0% increase).

Kintetsu Group Holdings has resolved to transition to a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, conditional upon approval at the June 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting, aiming to strengthen the supervisory function of the Board of Directors.
