Scheduled acquisition of the residential facility 'KDX Residence Mizue' for approximately JPY 2.55 billion. Scheduled disposal of the office building 'Shintoshin Maruzen Building' for approximately JPY 2.072 billion. Both transactions are planned for April 1 and April 3, 2026 respectively.
