Shinko Shoji Co., Ltd. will establish a joint venture company, Vesper Metals Co., Ltd., with Taguchi Metal Co., Ltd. with a capital of 100 million yen and a 70%-30% investment ratio on April 1, 2026, and plans to commence operations in October 2027.

Through the joint venture “MEAL HUB Co., Ltd.” scheduled to be established on April 8, 2026, shares of 15 in-flight meal related companies will be acquired and made subsidiaries.

Okura Industrial will establish a joint venture with the BOE Group in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, with capital of approximately 13.4 billion yen to expand its optical film business for displays.
