Japan Display Inc. will transfer the Tottori plant (Tottori City, Tottori Prefecture) to Yahata Toei Estate Co., Ltd. as of September 30, 2026, at a transfer price of 530 million JPY.

The plan for a company split to establish a subsidiary 'AutoTech Inc.' for the automotive display business was cancelled and the effective date postponed until July 1, 2026.
