J.S.B. Corporation achieved revenue of ¥4.58 billion (up 8.4% YoY) and net income of ¥670 million (up 28.8%) for the first half of FY2026 ending October. Expansion of the student apartment business and gains from property sales contributed to robust management performance.

Consolidated net sales for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending October 2026 were 16,772 million yen (up 9.9% year-over-year), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was 382 million yen.
