Itoki Corporation announced an executive officer change with Takeshi Otsuki, Senior Managing Executive Officer with special responsibilities, stepping down effective March 31, 2026.

Executive officer changes decided as of March 31, 2026. Masashi Kinaka appointed as General Manager of the Kansai Plant of the Production Headquarters, and Takeshi Noguchi will resign on the same date.

Correction of an error in the description of liabilities corresponding to collateral assets in the consolidated balance sheet of the financial summary for the fiscal year ending December 2025. The short-term borrowings entry was deleted, and figures for other borrowings remain unchanged.

Itoki Corporation will absorb its wholly owned subsidiary Itoki Shared Value Inc. as of October 1, 2026, to consolidate its environmental support business.
