INPEX Corporation announced that outside director Atsuko Nishimura will resign effective February 28, 2026, due to personal reasons.

Mr. Hitofumi Okawa, Executive Vice President and Head of General Affairs and Oceania Business Units, is scheduled to be appointed as the new Representative Director on March 27, 2026. Changes to directors and outside directors will also be implemented.

Announced completion of treasury stock acquisition involving 3,216,500 common shares totaling 9,975,215,800 yen at acquisition cost from January 1 to January 9, 2026.

Acquired 7,431,300 shares of treasury stock in December 2025, with a total acquisition value of 23,580,601,300 yen. The cumulative number of shares acquired is 32,021,800 shares, with a cumulative acquisition value of 90,024,728,950 yen.
