Hotland Holdings Co., Ltd. has resolved to issue 4,142,800 new shares and conduct a share offering of 621,400 shares, allocating approximately 8.9 billion yen of procured funds to capital expenditures by the end of December 2028.

For the 35th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 27, 2026, the proposal to elect seven directors, including one new outside director, will be submitted.
