Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. plans to relocate its head office to Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and will propose a partial amendment of the articles of incorporation at the shareholders meeting on March 30, 2026. The relocation date will be determined by the board of directors meeting held by the 41st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in March 2027.

United Urban Investment Corporation and its asset management company plan to relocate their head offices to 22F, Toranomon Arusea Tower, 2-2-3 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo on March 16, 2026.
