The Company will subscribe to a capital increase of 480,000,000 Thai Baht (approximately 2.4 billion yen) in 2nd STREET (THAILAND) Company Limited, increasing its voting rights ratio to 98.0%, thus becoming a specified subsidiary (scheduled for May 2026).

Consolidated net sales reached 355.6 billion yen (12.5% YoY increase), operating income was 11.6 billion yen (18.7% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 7.5 billion yen (16.8% YoY increase).

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales amounted to 355,603 million yen (12.5% YoY increase), operating income was 11,655 million yen (18.7% YoY increase), and net income attributable to owners of parent was 7,527 million yen (16.8% YoY increase).
