From January 5 to March 16, 2026, the Company sold nine listed shares it holds and plans to record gain on sales of investment securities of 4.2 billion yen on a consolidated basis.

Expected to record an extraordinary gain on sales of investment securities of 485 million JPY from selling one unlisted security during the fiscal year ending March 2027.

Yasuda Warehouse Co., Ltd. plans to sell part of its listed investment securities held during February to March 2026 and expects to record approximately 1.8 billion yen as gain on sales of investment securities as an extraordinary income.
