Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. plans to acquire fixed assets worth approximately 165 billion yen. The company is participating as a member of the cooperative in the Kyobashi 3-chome East District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, scheduled to commence construction in December 2026 with completion planned for fiscal year 2032.

Investing approximately 54 billion yen to construct a new food processing center and new headquarters in Oyama, Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture. Construction starts February 2026, handover is scheduled for May 2028, with operations commencing in September 2028.

TPW, the Taiwan subsidiary, acquired land and buildings for TWD 1,780,000 thousand (JPY 8,722 million), with operations expected to commence in January 2027, aimed at strengthening production capacity.
