ESCON Corporation will borrow 22.7 billion yen through a syndicated loan on March 27, 2026, executing long-term refinancing until June 28, 2030. Financial covenants include maintaining consolidated net assets at 75% or higher.

ESCON Corporation will acquire 1,800 shares (100%) of Ark Real Estate Co., Ltd. for 11,000 million yen and plans to make it a consolidated subsidiary on October 30, 2026.

Escon Corporation will subscribe to 20,000 shares (2 billion yen) of Montedio Football Park Co., Ltd. through a third-party allotment and acquire 98 shares (111 million yen) of Montedio Yamagata Co., Ltd., aiming to consolidate the latter as a subsidiary.
