Daiei Environment Co., Ltd. has acquired fixed assets (1,250 million yen) of an industrial waste controlled final disposal site from Sakai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., with operation scheduled to commence in April 2026.

Fumio Kaneko to assume the position of Chairman and President as Representative Director effective April 1, 2026; Morihiko Shimoda to become Executive Vice President. Both are scheduled to assume the roles of Chairman and President as Representative Directors after the regular shareholders' meeting in late June.

For the nine months ended December 2025, net sales were JPY 62,536 million (Year-over-Year +6.1%), and operating income was JPY 14,621 million (Year-over-Year -6.7%).
