DAIKO XTECH will dispose of 25,898 shares of treasury stock at 989 yen per share through a share buyback for directors and executive officers, implementing a stock-based compensation system aimed at enhancing corporate value and sharing shareholder value.

DAIKO XTECH announced the completion of the transfer of 3,300 shares of treasury stock as restricted stock compensation to directors of its subsidiaries, with the payment procedures completed.
