GMO Internet, Inc. has resolved to withdraw from the digital asset business of its consolidated subsidiary in Thailand, GMO-Z.com Cryptonomics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. There is a possibility of a bad debt loss of approximately 1 billion yen on loans in the standalone financials, but it is expected to be eliminated in the consolidated financial statements.

Kanadevia Corporation will withdraw from the bridge business and plans to cease operations at the Mukojima Plant during fiscal year 2026. A special loss of approximately 1.6 billion yen is expected to be recorded in the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026.

Mitsubishi Chemical Group will withdraw from the coke and carbon materials business, expecting an extraordinary loss of approximately 85 billion yen, which will be recorded in the third and fourth quarters of the fiscal year ending March 2026.

In the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, a special loss of 2,040 million yen will be recorded due to business withdrawal from the Middle East and Africa regions in the overseas measurement and control business.
