At the 21st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2026, seven directors (including one newly appointed) and three audit & supervisory board members (including two newly appointed) are scheduled to be appointed. The executive officer structure will also be finalized as of April 1, 2026.

Bengo4.com, Inc. has been selected as a constituent stock of the "JPX Startup Rapid Growth 100 Index" calculated by JPX Research Institute, and is scheduled to be included from March 9, 2026.

Mr. Taiichiro Motoei, President and CEO, will donate 10,000 of the Company's common shares held by him to officers and employees in February 2026, aiming to enhance their awareness of management participation.
