Escrypt Energy will commence construction in April 2026 of a grid-connected battery storage facility with a rated output of 2MW and storage capacity of 8MWh in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and has signed an aggregator consignment contract with Tokyo Gas.

JALCO Holdings has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Juxian Gaoke Japan and SMA Japan to promote the system battery storage business. Individual contracts will be negotiated going forward.
