As of April 1, 2026, new appointments, promotions, and resignations of executive officers of BAYCURRENT Inc. and its group companies have been decided.

BayCurrent Inc. will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Delaware, USA, with capital of USD 1,000,000 in March 2026, aiming to strengthen overseas support system and expand its business.

For the third quarter of FY2026 ending February, revenue was JPY 105.936 billion (26.8% YoY increase), operating income was JPY 35.193 billion (22.4% YoY increase), and quarterly profit was JPY 26.043 billion (22.8% YoY increase).
