Daiseki Co., Ltd. plans to propose partial amendments to the articles of incorporation at the 68th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for May 28, 2026, including additions and changes to the business objectives and the establishment of a written resolution system for the Board of Directors.

A proposal to reduce the total number of authorized shares from 555,000,000 shares to 356,000,000 shares will be submitted at the 2025 fiscal year regular shareholders meeting.
