At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June 2026, Mr. Shigeo Tamura is scheduled to assume the position of Chairman and Representative Executive Officer, and Mr. Osamu Sasaoka is scheduled to become President and Representative Executive Officer.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were JPY 242.4 billion (up 15.3% YoY), operating income was JPY 4.89 billion (up 36.1% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent for the quarter was JPY 1.97 billion (up 16.0% YoY).

Approval was granted for the change of the Tokyo Stock Exchange listing segment from the Prime Market to the Standard Market as of January 30, 2026.

Acquired 166,800 shares of treasury stock totaling 175,355,993 yen in January 2026, with cumulative acquisitions reaching 973,000 shares totaling 999,932,479 yen. Plans to cancel 973,000 shares on February 16, 2026.
