Aeon Kyushu Co., Ltd. plans to make Tokiwa Industry Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary as of March 10, 2026. For the fiscal year ending February 2025, net sales were JPY 31,066 million and net loss was JPY 126 million.

Consolidated net sales for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026 amounted to 405,374 million yen (3.4% increase YoY), operating income was 4,339 million yen (31.4% increase YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was 3,751 million yen (63.9% increase YoY).

Aeon Kyushu Co., Ltd. will implement changes to its executive officers effective March 10, 2026, with Mr. Taihei Kawamura set to assume the position of President and CEO of Tokiha Industry Co., Ltd. Tokiha Industry is scheduled to become a wholly owned subsidiary on the same date.
