Since listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in July 2005, we have established a solid portfolio investing in mid-sized office buildings primarily in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. On November 1, 2023, we merged with Kenedix Residential Next Investment Corporation and Kenedix Retail REIT Corporation, and have changed our name to "KDX Realty Investment Corporation". Following the merger, we seek to achieve sustainable growth by expanding our investment universe while adapting to environmental changes. We will continue to invest in properties utilizing not only support from the sponsor Kenedix, Inc., but also the unique network of the asset management company, Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management Inc. to achieve sustainable growth in our AUM (assets under management) and expand our portfolio.
