It also manufactures and sells Semiconductor equipment related products; imports, develops, manufacture, sells, and exports power semiconductor substrate technologies, peripheral equipment and components, and other related products; sells, distributes, and imports/exports silicon parts, materials, and quartz crucibles; and produces and sells Micro thermoelectric module. In addition, the company provides services on special process activities such as chemical cleaning, anodizing and plating; consulting services related to technology for power semiconductor substrates and manufacturing equipment; cleaning services for semiconductors and FPDs; and service for landscaping and greening, green space management and slope construction. Further, it offers mechanical cutters for information, steel, paper pulp and meat industry; industrial machines and parts; electronic components; and designs, manufactures, repairs, modifies, and relocates vacuum and general-purpose equipment; and designs and installs various piping systems. The company was formerly known as Ferrotec Holdings Corporation and changed its name to Ferrotec Corporation in July 2025. Ferrotec Corporation was incorporated in 1980 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
