THK Co., Ltd. will implement special measures for the next career support system as part of its growth strategy based on the PMVV (Purpose, Mission, Vision, Value) formulated in January 2026, aimed at supporting employees' career development. Eligible participants are employees of the Company and domestic group company assignees who meet certain age and length of service criteria (manufacturing workers are generally excluded). The number of applicants is 120, with an application period from March 16 to April 17, 2026, and a retirement date of May 31, 2026. Support includes payment of retirement lump-sum and special additional payments as well as reemployment support services for those who wish to receive them.
