Notice Regarding Revision of Full-Year Earnings Forecast and Year-End Dividend Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending March 2026

Summary of Revision to Earnings Forecast

Riken Technos Corporation has revised its consolidated earnings forecast for the full fiscal year ending March 2026. While net sales remain unchanged at the previously forecasted 134,000 million yen, operating income has been upwardly revised by 5.7% from 10,500 million yen to 11,100 million yen. Ordinary income is revised up 10.7% from 10,300 million yen to 11,400 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent is increased 10.8% from 6,500 million yen to 7,200 million yen. The non-consolidated results also project increases of 11.8% and 10.2% in ordinary income and net income, respectively. These revisions are based on results through the third quarter and foreign exchange trends.

Revision of Dividend Forecast and Dividend Policy

The year-end dividend forecast has been increased from 27 yen per share to 32 yen, and the full-year dividend forecast has been revised upward from 47 yen to 52 yen. The dividend payout ratio remains at 35.6%. A new dividend policy has been introduced whereby dividends are based on the higher of a consolidated payout ratio of 35% or a DOE (consolidated dividend on equity) of 3.5%. The company aims to enhance corporate value over the medium to long term and prioritizes stable and sustainable shareholder returns.
