MIRARTH Real Estate Investment Corporation formerly know as Takara Leben Real Estate Investment Corporation was established on September 11, 2017, with MIRARTH Real Estate Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. (formerly Takara PAG Real Estate Investment Advisory Co., Ltd.; hereinafter referred to as the "Asset Management Company") as the organizer, in accordance with the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, including subsequent amendments; hereinafter referred to as the "Investment Trust Act"). Registration with the Kanto Regional Financial Bureau was completed (Registration No. Kanto Regional Financial Bureau Director-General No. 129). After that, on July 27, 2018, the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tokyo Stock Exchange") Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market (Stock Code 3492). After six public offerings, the total number of investment units issued as of the end of the fiscal period under review (February 28, 2025) is 910,820 units, and the total investment amount is 87,255 million yen.
