House Foods Group Inc. has been conducting treasury stock acquisitions in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 8, 2025, based on the provisions of Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the Companies Act. During the period from December 1 to December 31, 2025, 657,800 shares of treasury stock were acquired through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange at a total acquisition cost of 1,903,165,349 yen. Cumulatively, as of December 31, 2025, 2,902,100 shares of treasury stock have been acquired at a total acquisition cost of 8,302,887,749 yen. The upper limit for the number of shares to be acquired is set at 4,300,000 shares, and the upper limit for the acquisition cost is 10 billion yen.
