PS Construction Co., Ltd. engages in the civil engineering, construction, and architecture businesses in Japan. The company operates through Civil Engineering Business, Construction Business, Affiliated Company Business, and Other Business segments. It undertakes works of prestressed concrete (PC) products, such as PC piles, PC corrugated sheet piles, and U-girders; general civil engineering works; and related items. It also designs, manufactures, and sells steel formwork for concrete bridges and bridge erection equipment; maintains and manages roads, railways, and ports; and contracting, undertaking, and consulting services for surveys, measurements, and technical guidance. In addition, it engages in the design, manufacture, sales, and leasing of machines, equipment, and apparatuses for prestressed concrete construction and other construction works; mineral mining and contracts; purchase, sales, leasing, brokerage, ownership, and management of real estate; travel agency services; transportation and warehousing business; and agency of non-life insurance and property insurance. The company was formerly known as P.S. Mitsubishi Construction Co., Ltd. and changed its name to PS Construction Co., Ltd. in June 2024. PS Construction Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1952 and is headquartered in Minato, Japan. PS Construction Co., Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Taisei Corporation.
