The Company has resolved at the Board of Corporate Auditors' meeting on July 31, 2026, to appoint Sosei Audit Corporation as its certified public accountant effective September 26, 2026. The outgoing audit firm is A&A Partners, and the appointment was made based on a comprehensive assessment of audit quality and independence. The new auditor is registered, and there are no issues with past audit reports.

Reasons for Retirement and Appointment, and Future Outlook

Considering the duration of the current certified public accountant’s audit engagement and audit quality, the Company decided to switch to a more suitable audit firm. The opinions of the retiring auditor and the judgment of the Audit & Supervisory Board are also deemed appropriate. The Company will continue to maintain proper audit systems and aims to ensure investor confidence.
