Sansan has resolved to propose the appointment of a statutory auditor at the 19th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026. Along with this, a change from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC to Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC as the statutory auditor is planned. The reason for the change is to ensure new perspectives, expertise, and independence, considering the number of years of continuous audit. The new auditor was selected as a suitable candidate from the perspective of audit quality and system.
