Details of Executive Changes

Iyo Gin Holdings and Iyo Bank decided on the executive changes at their respective Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Board of Directors scheduled for June 26, 2026. Iyo Gin Holdings appointed Kenji Miyoshi as President and Representative Director, promoted Hiroshi Osada to Vice President, and newly appointed directors Takashi Saga yama and Hiromitsu Senba. Masahiko Kimura was appointed as a new Audit and Supervisory Committee Member, with Jiyoko Noma and Hiro Tawa elected as Outside Audit and Supervisory Committee Members. Executives were also refreshed, with Koichi Kihara and Junji Kurihara being newly appointed or promoted.
