The company offers a range of semiconductor products, including memory (DRAM, flash memory), memory modules, solid state drives (SSDs), application specific standard products (ASSPs), application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), central processing units (CPUs), graphics processing units (GPUs), light emitting diodes (LEDs), and foundry services. The company also provides display products, such as LCD modules, organic electro-luminescence (EL) displays, touch panels, and LCD displays; system products, including inspection and testing equipment, communication modules, electronic circuit boards, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), and server equipment; and battery and power equipment, such as lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries, power supplies, power modules, and power equipment for renewable energy applications. In addition, the company offers power supplies, communication modules and gateway products compatible with 5G/LTE, LPWA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GNSS, and security-related products, industrial computers & motherboards, servers & workstations, quantum computing service, and others.
