Overview of the System

Daiichi Jitsugyo will start the shareholder benefit program in November 2026, providing point-based benefits to shareholders with 100 or more shares recorded on the shareholder register as of the end of September each year. The benefit points can be exchanged for products and experiences through a dedicated website, and can also be shared with other company benefit points. Points can be carried over up to twice, promoting long-term holding and improving stock liquidity. The costs associated with implementation are already reflected in the earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027, and will not impact financial performance.
