Tokyo Enesys reported sales of 83,083 billion yen (up 22.7%), operating profit of 47.37 billion yen (up 77.8%), and net income attributable to owners of parent of 4,287 billion yen (up 47.9%) for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Order backlog reached a record high of 1,065.93 billion yen, driven by investments in nuclear power and decarbonization-related facilities. Segment-wise, profit margins and sales in equipment construction significantly improved, contributing to a substantial increase in profit.

The consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 projects sales of 95,000 billion yen (up 14.3% YoY) and net income of 5,200 billion yen (up 21.3% YoY), continuing efforts to expand order backlog and improve profitability. Dividends are planned at 35 yen per share at the end of the term, with an annual total of 63 yen, increasing to 77 yen next period.
