Outline of Results for FY2026 March

Net sales reached 716.1 billion yen, a 2% increase YoY, and operating profit was 39 billion yen, also up 2% YoY. Net income attributable to owners of the parent was 27.3 billion yen, an 11% YoY increase, reaching a record high. The food business focused on maintaining profits at the previous year’s level, aiming for increased revenue and profits driven by the refrigerated logistics segment. The operating profit margin was 5.4%.

FY2026 December Full-Year Plan (Domestic 9-Month Irregular Accounting Period) and Mid-term Goals Update

The full-year net sales are projected at 609.4 billion yen (up 5% YoY), operating profit at 33.8 billion yen (up 4% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent at 25.2 billion yen (up 9% YoY). The food business revised downward its operating profit outlook due to unexpected cost increases, while the refrigerated logistics segment revised upward its sales forecast driven by overseas growth through capital investment and M&A. The fiscal closing date has been changed from March to December, resulting in an irregular accounting period with domestic operations covering April to December 2026 (9 months) and overseas operations from January to December 2026 (12 months).
