Sales for the fiscal year ending March 2026 were 68,964 million yen (up 2.0% YoY), with operating profit of 6,958 million yen (up 0.2% YoY). Ordinary income was 7,239 million yen (down 1.9% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent was 5,009 million yen (down 20.6% YoY). Earnings per share fell to 171.77 yen, a decrease of 17.6% YoY, while book-value per share increased by 5.9% YoY to 2,742.52 yen. The annual dividend remained unchanged at 85 yen.

Segment Performance and Forecasts for the Fiscal Year Ending March 2027

In segments, general bearing equipment sales reached 15,949 million yen (up 7.5% YoY), with an operating profit of 1,668 million yen (up 47.2% YoY). Automotive bearing equipment sales were 34,221 million yen (up 1.2% YoY), with an operating profit of 3,394 million yen (up 0.9% YoY). Conversely, structural equipment and building equipment saw declines in both sales and profits. The full-year forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 projects sales of 72,300 million yen (up 4.8% YoY), operating profit of 7,150 million yen (up 2.8% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent of 5,050 million yen (up 0.8% YoY). The dividend per share is planned to be 95 yen.
