Performance Overview

For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated full-year results totaled net sales of 24,442 million yen (+17.6% YoY), operating income of 6,411 million yen (+37.1% YoY), and net income of 4,890 million yen (+46.8% YoY), setting new record highs across all indicators. Both the Solution Business and Product Business achieved strong growth, responding to robust demand with increased revenues and profits. The significant rise in net income was partly due to one-time tax relief measures. The annual dividend was increased by 21.6 yen/shares to 41.6 yen/shares, with a dividend payout ratio reaching 50.9%.

Segment Performance and Growth Strategy

The Solution Business saw favorable expansion of ERP and core system solutions, with full-year net sales of 15,582 million yen (+18.5% YoY). The Product Business benefited from increased license sales of the proprietary package 'mcframe', recording full-year net sales of 8,408 million yen (+18.7% YoY). Operating profits in both segments increased significantly, contributing to improved profit margins. Under the growth strategy 'BE 2030', the company aims for sustainable growth by accelerating global expansion and advancing its AI strategy.
