Growth in revenue and profit was driven by subsidiaries, new store openings, and increased earnings from existing stores. Meanwhile, operating profit decreased by 3.63 billion yen to 15.087 billion yen due to increased selling, general, and administrative expenses and amortization of goodwill. Dividends were increased to 62 yen, and share buyback and cancellation were also executed.

Assets increased to 206.8 billion yen, with the equity ratio declining to 59.8%. Cash flows included an inflow of 6.99 billion yen from financing activities, expenditure of 8.981 billion yen for investing activities, and a cash inflow of 6.99 billion yen from operating activities. For the next fiscal year, a recovery in consumer spending is expected to support efforts in regional and store strategies and expansion in the motorcycle business, aiming for revenue of 176.0 billion yen and net income of 12.2 billion yen.
