Notice Regarding Receipt of Dividends from Consolidated Subsidiary

We expect to receive dividends of 42,959 million yen from our consolidated subsidiary, Kiraboshi Bank, Ltd., which is projected to be recorded as operating revenue in the individual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2027. This will not impact consolidated performance. The dividend receipt is scheduled for May 20, 2026, which is expected to strengthen our earnings base for the current period.
