Status of Treasury Investment Units Acquisition

LaSalle Logiport Investment Corporation acquired 21,803 treasury investment units equivalent to JPY 3,367,402,400 through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April 2026. The acquisition was conducted under a discretionary trading agreement with securities firms, during the period from April 1 to April 30, 2026.

Acquisition Plan and Cumulative Status

Following a resolution at the Board of Directors meeting on February 26, 2026, the upper limit on the number of investment units to be acquired was set at 84,000 units, and the acquisition price cap was set at JPY 11,800 million. As of April 30, 2026, the cumulative acquisition number stands at 50,473 units with a cumulative acquisition price of JPY 7,797,973,000, representing approximately 4.8% of the total outstanding 1,736,805 investment units.
