Notice Regarding Revision of Full-Year Earnings Forecast and Year-End Dividend Forecast

Details of Earnings Forecast Revision

Musashino Bank, Ltd. has revised upward its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Ordinary income is projected to increase by 8.1% from the previous forecast of JPY 97,600 million to JPY 105,600 million. Operating income is expected to rise 3.6% from JPY 22,000 million to JPY 22,800 million. Net income attributable to owners of parent is forecasted to grow 2.6% from JPY 15,000 million to JPY 15,400 million. Similarly, non-consolidated earnings forecasts have been revised upward, primarily due to higher-than-expected net interest income.

Revision of Dividend Forecast and Future Policy

The year-end dividend forecast has been raised from JPY 80 to JPY 90, and the annual dividend forecast increased from JPY 160 to JPY 170. As a fundamental policy on profit distribution, the bank aims for sustainable profit growth and maintaining/improving financial strength as a regional financial institution, while implementing progressive dividends. Going forward, the company will continue to monitor earnings trends and pursue an appropriate dividend policy.
