Overview of Personnel Changes

Taiyo Holdings Co., Ltd. resolved multiple officer personnel changes at the Board of Directors meeting held on April 30, 2026, effective May 1 and June 2026. These include position changes and new appointments of Managing Executive Officers and Senior Managing Executive Officers. Mr. Hideyuki Goto will be appointed as a Managing Executive Officer while concurrently serving as Head of the Research Headquarters and Chairman of the Board of subsidiaries. Mr. Shoji Minegishi will be promoted to Senior Managing Executive Officer and serve as CTO of the Electronics Company, assuming a central role in the organization.

Organizational Structure and Future Impact

These personnel changes will become official upon completion of procedures at each subsidiary with appointments and resignations taking effect accordingly. Many officers concurrently hold positions as Representative Directors or Directors of multiple subsidiaries, reflecting an organizational reinforcement aimed at strengthening group-wide management and promoting business. The renaming of the Public Relations and Brand Marketing Office is part of the effort to enhance organizational functions.
