Overview of Officer Changes

At the board meeting held on April 27, 2026, Nagoya Railroad Co., Ltd. decided on officer changes to take effect following the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for late June 2026. Yukinaga Furuhashi was selected as the new auditor candidate, while Tetsuya Sakurai is scheduled to transfer from full-time auditor to executive officer. Vice President Executive Officer Kiyomi Suzuki and Senior Executive Officer Tomonori Kawatsu will retire; Kawatsu is scheduled to assume the role of Senior Managing Director at Meitetsu Urban Development Co., Ltd. Additionally, Takahiro Kanamori will be newly appointed as a Group Executive Officer.

Officer Structure and Future Outlook

The officer structure will change effective from the date of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders in late June 2026, comprising 10 directors, 5 auditors, and 20 executive officers. This change aims to ensure management continuity and strengthen group management, expecting to enhance the management system by leveraging the extensive experience of each officer. The formal appointment of auditors will be conducted through the shareholders’ meeting and the audit committee.
