Senshu Electric Co., Ltd. resolved at the Board of Directors meeting on April 24, 2026, to acquire treasury stock aimed at enhancing shareholder returns and improving capital efficiency. The total acquisition price is capped at 600,000,000 yen, and the acquisition period will be from May 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026.
